Could power plant go next to Hemel Hempstead supermarket?
Sainsbury's in Apsley Mills Retail Park have applied for permission to install a combined heat and power generating plant unit in its service yard.
Documents provided by the supermarket suggest that noise levels from the plant will “marginally exceed background noise levels” at night-time.
