Firefighters tackle vehicle blaze on M1 near Hemel Hempstead
Emergency services rushed to a vehicle fire on the hard shoulder between junction 9 and 10 near Hemel Hempstead this morning (Thursday).
Crews from Hemel Hempstead Red Watch and Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service were able to extinguish the blaze at around 9am.
A Herts Fire spokesman said: "Thankfully no casualties were involved."
